    The object of this suit is to enforce a lien for taxes assessed by the City of Norton, Virginia against certain real property designated on the City’s tax map as #17 & 18A PARK AVE., NE, Map No. 407-A-1, Tax ID No. 232N0552.

     An affidavit having been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the location of Rosie Helen Hodge, Jossie Lee Dean, and Margaret Marie Love, parties Defendant to be served, and that their addresses are unknown; that Rosie Helen Hodge, Jossie Lee Dean, and Margaret Marie Love are   persons interested in the subject property because they are joint owners of the subject property; and, therefore it is hereby ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that Rosie Helen Hodge, Jossie Lee Dean, and Margaret Marie Love must appear on or before the 29th day of May, 2026, and do whatever is necessary to protect their perspective interests in said property, if any.

     It is FURTHER ORDERED, pursuant to Va. Code Ann. § 8.01-317, as amended, that this Order of Publication be published once per week, for four successful weeks, in The Coalfield Progress, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Norton, Virginia, and that a copy be posted at the front door of the courthouse at Wise, Virginia.
