As we approached press time yesterday, the University of Virginia’s College at Wise was celebrating rededication of Don R. Pippin & John C. Wyllie Hall, the college’s new state-of-the-art nursing facility. Special guests included University of Virginia President James Ryan, former college chancellor Jay Lemons and others.
