The object of this suit is to enforce the lien of the Complainant, County of Wise, Virginia, for delinquent real estate taxes against certain real property located in the County of Wise, Virginia, described as follows:

All that certain tract or parcel of land, lying and being in the Town of Wise, Wise County, Virginia, on the north side of Main Street, and more particularly bounded and described as follows, to-wit:

Beginning at a point 10 feet west of the line between the lands now or formerly owned by T.M. Alderson and M.B. Hoback on the north side of Main Street; thence running with said Main Street in a westerly direction 106 feet and 8 inches; thence in a northerly direction at right angles to Main Street a distance equal to the depth of the Town lots on said Main Street in the Town of Wise; thence in an easterly direction and parallel with Main Street to a point 10 feet from the said Alderson and Hoback line; thence parallel with said line and 10 from it to the beginning.

And being the same property conveyed to Phillip Lee and Lorene Lee aka Gladys Lorene Lee, his wife, as tenants by the entirety with the right of survivorship, from E.J. Reese and Carrie Reese, his wife, by Deed dated August 28, 1975, and recorded September 10, 1975, in the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk of Wise County, Virginia, in Deed Book 479, at Page 547.

The said Phillip Lee died April 26, 1994, passing his interest in the above-described property to his wife, Lorene Lee aka Gladys Lorene Lee, via operation of law.

This description is made subject to all easements, conditions, agreements, restrictions, and reservations of record which affect the property herein described including but not limited to those recorded in Deed Book 127, at Page 75.

IT APPEARING that an Affidavit has been made and filed stating that due diligence has been used, without effect, to ascertain the identity and location of certain parties to be served, that the last known addresses for the Respondents herein are as follows: Lorene Lee aka Gladys Lorene Lee, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 8929 Gateway Drive, Wise, Virginia 24293; Gregory D. Lee, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is 1000 University Boulevard, Apt. B58, Kingsport, Tennessee 37660; Sherry Lee aka Sherry R. Lawson, whose last known address is 112 Dale Street, Apt. 1, Wise, Virginia 24293; Teresa Lee Pearson, whose last known address is 3200 Timber View Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78251; Trudy Ann Klupp aka Trudy A. Clupp, who is believed to be deceased and whose last known address is P.O. Box 2322, Coeburn, Virginia 24230; John Anthony Clupp, whose last known address is P.O. Box 2322, Coeburn, Virginia 24230; Phillip Dewey Lee, Jr. , whose last known address is P.O. Box 47, East Stone Gap, Virginia 24246; Timothy Jason Lee, whose last known address is 1801 Ridgemont Drive, Greeneville, Tennessee 37745; Jeremy Bruce Lee, whose last known address is P.O. Box 1592, Wise, Virginia 24293; and that any officers, heirs, devisees, and successors in title of the Respondent named herein are made parties Respondent to this action individually and/or by the general description of Parties Unknown, it is hereby

ORDERED that the parties herein and all Parties Unknown and/or whose location cannot be ascertained appear on or before April 15, 2024 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Wise, Virginia, and do what may be necessary to protect their interests in this cause.
